Conservation at High Wray Next date Monday 20th June 2016
This is a photo of us all on Conservation at High Wray in April 2015 we were repairing the pathway and replacing stone chippings, everyone who took part said how much they enjoyed this day.

High Wray is near Hawkshead in the Lake District and is the base for National Trust volunteer Conservation Work , Mind in Furness assist the National Trust with conservation work within the area.

Once a month members of Mind in Furness have the opportunity to take part volunteering with the National Trust, there are a range of outdoor opportunities ranging from clearing woods, pathway maintenance, walling, depending on what is most needed. Members and Volunteers should bring a packed lunch, tea and coffee is provided, The National trust provide protective clothing such as waterproofs and steel toe cap boots. We are always looking for volunteers to join us with the conservation work. Our Next date for conservation is Monday 7th September 2015 we set off from School Street at 9:30am and expect to return for 4:30pm.
