We only use your data when you choose to provide it to us when attending an event. We will remind you of this in the event registration. We only ask for data that is essential to the smooth running of the event and once the event has finished we then delete all of your data other than any basic information you have permitted us to keep to report the results of the event.

We can make your name anonymous on the website and we can remove your data if you so wish at any time.

A fun group doing activities with arts, craft and poetry as well as offering therapeutic activities where we will discuss confidence building and self-esteem topics, relaxation sessions, going out to local art exhibitions or just meeting for a coffee.

Everyone welcome to join in this well attended craft group, which is suitable for all levels of ability. Examples of activity include card making, glass painting, pebble painting and adult colouring.

If you are interested in gardening, but do not have a garden, or if you want to socialise over a shared interest in gardening you might like to join us at the Green Heart Den and get involved in our exciting outdoor Kitchen Garden Project.

If you are interested in joining our singing group? Have fun whilst singing on the Karaoke. Alternatively on the occasions when no one wants to sing then we may have a quiz, play board games or have a Wii games session.

The group meets once a fortnight on a Friday offering support in dealing with the distressing symptom of hearing voices. The group is run by experts happy to share their knowledge and experience in a peer support environment.

The service provides a safe place where anyone experiencing mental health problems can pop a long for a chat and cuppa. It’s a place where they can talk openly about anything without being judged.
